Police list persons of interest amid Papine, Mona Commons violence

The St Andrew Central police have listed three persons of interest who should turn in themselves within the next 24 hours.

They are:

1. Kenroy Hibbert otherwise called Stray D
2 Desroy Phipps alias Nuumba
3. Micah Allen

The police want to speak with the men in relation to a recent flare-up of violence in the Papine and Mona Commons areas.

"We believe that these persons can greatly assist," said Senior Superintendent Marlon Nesbeth, the commanding officer for the division.

In the latest shooting, Andre Murray otherwise called Brown Man was killed in Mona Commons about 10 p.m. on December 9.
