Peace meeting in Central Kingston

Member of Parliament, Donovan Williams (in Grey suit), Rev O.J. Morrison, First Missionary Church and Margaret Aitcheson, retired register nurse/Biblical counselor in talks at the intersection of Fleet Street and Barry Street where police personnel meet with residents.

Members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) along with Member of Parliament for Central Kingston Donovan Williams are hosting a peace meeting with residents amid rising violence in the area.

The meeting is being held at the intersection of Fleet and Barry streets.
Several communities in the Kingston Central Police division have been under siege by violence in recent time.

Last week, a 10-year-old girl was shot and killed while sleeping and a six-year-old was shot and killed on December 6, 2021.
