Also in St Ann, two men have been charged with burglary and larceny, malicious destruction of property and receiving stolen property, in relation to an incident that occurred in Bellaire, Runaway Bay on February 3. Charged are 24-year-old Tray Donovan, otherwise called 'Tallman', a labourer of Gordon Town, and 22-year-old Demani Buchanan, otherwise called 'Smokey', a handyman of Middle Street, both in Exchange district, Ocho Rios in the parish.
Reports from the St Ann's Bay police are that at about 8:30 p.m., the complainant left his home and, upon his return, he realised his house was broken into and several pieces of appliances, cellular phone accessories and cash were stolen. A report was made to the police and an investigation was launched. During the investigation, the stolen items were found in the possession of both Donovan and Buchanan -- who were later arrested.
