Westmoreland man found with foreigner identity information on phone
The Westmoreland police have arrested and charged a man who they say was found in possession of identity information for persons living overseas.
He is Curtis Clarke of Rocky Hole district in Burnt Savannah, Westmoreland.
It is reported that about 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, a police team conducted an operation at Clarke’s house.
While there, the police saw Clarke trying to conceal a cellular phone inside a toilet tank. The phone was retrieved; an analysis was conducted and identity information was found.
He was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of identity information.
His court date is being arranged.
