Unidentified body found with hands, feet missing

The police in St Mary have launched an investigation into the death of an unidentified man who was found mutilated in Windsor Castle district on Thursday morning. 

Commuters stumbled upon the body whose hands and feet were severed, and contacted the police. 

Investigation  are under way to ascertained identity, circumstances and motive of the homicide.
