NCB communications rocked by earthquake

The National Commercial Bank (NCB) is advising the public that its communication channels are temporarily down. 

The company's toll-free number, 888-NCB-FIRST, and live chat have both been affected. 

"We regret any inconvenience this may cause and are working diligently to restore these communication channels," NCB said in a release. 

In the interim, customers are advised make use the bank's online banking and mobile app platforms.
