Farmer shot and injured in St Ann

The Brown's Town police in St Ann are investigating the shooting and injuring of a 60-year-old farmer in the parish on Sunday night.

About 11:00 p.m., the victim was reportedly at home in Tranquility Meadows, Aberdeen district in St Ann when he was pounced upon by armed hoodlums who fired shots, hitting him.

He was rushed to get medical attention.
