UWI Mona suspends today's operation due to lack of water, exams still on

The University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona is advising that due to the disruption in the Campus’ water supply all operations are being suspended for today.

However, this does not apply to examinations and emergency operations.

All examinations will therefore proceed as scheduled.

Provisions are being made to provide adequate water supply to all examination centres.

The UWI says it is making alternative arrangements to supply the campus until water is restored.

UWI will advise later today as to the resumption of normal operations.
