All three Jamaicans advance to Olympic 100m semis

Jamaica's trio of Tia Clayton, Shashalee Forbes and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce booked their spot in the semi-final round of the women's 100 metres at the Paris Olympics.

Clayton, competing in heat four, finished second in 11.00s. Forbes, running from heat six, finished second in 11.19s and Fraser-Pryce, who competed in heat eight, finished second in 10.92s.

Ivory Coast's Marie-Josee Ta Lou-Smith was the fastest qualifier after winning the final heat in a season's best 10.87s.
