Having problems with my mother-in-law
Dear pastor,
I am having a big problem with my mother in-law. I am 39 years old and my babymother is 31. We have been living together for over nine years with our two kids. The mother-in-law tries to make my life a living hell. She believes that her daughter is too good for me. I work and take good care of my children's mother and the kids. My mother-in-law only visits my home when she knows I am not there. She told her daughter to move out with the kids and live with her. She even went over to my neighbours and told them that I said bad things about them. I don't know why she hates me this much. I just don't know what else to do.
O.M
Dear O.M,
If you know that you have not done this woman any wrong, ignore her. You know that you are trying your very best. If she feels that you are not good enough for her daughter, that is her problem. Your daughter has already chosen you as her man, so she has to learn to leave both of you alone. I must warn you, do not say anything negative about your mother-in -law. She is your woman's mother. According to what you have written, she is a liar. If she doesn't love you, that should cause you to know how to deal with her. Be a good man and a good father. Let her eat her heart out.
