My man will leave me if I don't follow his rules

Dear Pastor,

I'm in need of your advice. I have a man in my life that I really like. He is 61 years old, but he looks really good for his age and he exercises a lot, so he is okay.

I am not the only person he is dating, and I'm okay with that.

Here is the thing: he is about to come into some serious money, so you know girls are lining up, and that's still not my problem. His attitude is what I wish I could just tweak a bit. He isn't like any Jamaican man I have ever met. Certain things don't faze him. He has these rules and regulations that a girl must adhere to, or you're out just like that. It's ridiculous. It's like the only thing you can do is either do what he says or walk away.

NO CONSIDERATION

He doesn't love, he likes. So that's a problem. He doesn't take your feelings into consideration. And don't you even think of arguing with any of the other girls like how a typical woman would. And as for sex, he is great in bed, but because he exercises, he doesn't have sex as often to preserve his precious muscle and whatever.

So that's the bad stuff. The good stuff is that he is extremely kind. He will give women money. You can definitely leave from a Cinderella cleaning house to a Cinderella owning a house, owning a business and owning a car. And you can also be very happy with him. He is a jovial person and he is very knowledgeable and easy-going sometimes. I really like him and I enjoy spending time with him. We are opposites. I'm more adventurous, the outdoor type, and he is a more indoor person, fine style type of guy. However, we try to make our relationship work.

But is he worth staying with? I already see one woman driving herself crazy trying to be with him and coping because, according to her, he is choosing me over her.

K.S.

Dear K.S.,

You are not in a solid relationship. You are having a relationship with a playboy. He has more women than he can handle. His money speaks for him, and you know that very well. You may not like what he does, but you will hang around because you do not want to lose out on the money that this man can offer you. I am sure I am right. You know that it is a fact that money talks. You want the money and the other girls want the money. Don't tell me that you do not understand that the number one thing a man wants from a woman is sex, and the number one thing a girl wants from a man is money. You know it and the other girls know it.

GET AN EDUCATION

You have not given your age, but I am assuming that you are in your late teens or early 20s. You will be doing yourself a big favour if you use the money that you are getting from this man to get an education. This man doesn't respect you. He doesn't want you to have a mind of your own. You have to do what he says or move on.

By the way, I wish you had said from where this man was getting this fortune which you described as "serious money". I hope it is legal. If you want to be independent, you are in the wrong relationship.
