Gyptian gears up for Gypy Winter Festival

International reggae artiste Gyptian is looking forward to the first staging of his Gypy Winter Festival.

"I'm extremely excited about this event. It's something that I've always wanted to do. We're going to kick things off with this first staging and let it grow into something great. I'm working with a very competent team on this project, so I know it will be successful," he said.

The Hold You singer has put together a star-studded line-up of artistes for the event. In addition to Gyptian, there will be performances from Beenie Man, Capleton, Kymani Marley, LUST, Kranium, Luciano, Tommy Lee, Lady G, Droop Lion, Shane O, Ghost, Tanto Blacks, Chi Ching, Fantan Mojah, Turbulence, Samantha Jay, Terror Fabulous, Stylysh, Bascom X, Maestro Don, Shauna Chyn, Destiny Sparta, Darrio, and Danielle D.I.

Music will be provided by Sky Juice, ZJ Liquid, Flava Unit, Cosmic Force, Sound Trooper, DJ Shaun and Supa Mix

The event will be held at the Golden Spring Community Centre field in St Andrew on December 22.

"I want everyone who attends Gypy Winter Festival to have a wonderful time. So we've put together an awesome line-up for the event. The patrons are going to get a very entertaining show," Gyptian said.
