Anue Nahki upbeat about new single

Reggae artiste Anue Nahki is in an upbeat mood as he promotes his recently released single Netaru.

The song, which was produced by Olando Graham on the 'Beautiful Day' rhythm, was released two weeks ago on the Top Chef Records imprint.

"I'm very happy with the response that this song is receiving. It's getting tremendous support from DJs both locally and overseas. I'm also getting a lot of positive feedback about it from my fans via social media," said Anue Nahki. The St Mary-born deejay is gearing up to release a new single, titled Solidarity, from UK-based Ghanaian producer Rodney King.

"I plan to keep the momentum going by putting out more conscious reggae music. I also plan to release more singles throughout the year," said Anue Nahki.

He is booked to perform at the weekly Dub School event at the Dubwise Cafe in St Andrew next Wednesday.

"This will be my first time performing at this event and I plan to deliver a memorable performance," he said. The hard-working entertainer is also looking forward to an upcoming tour of the USA this summer.
