Veteran recording artiste Ce'Cile is looking to recruit dancehall's next big female artiste for her RBN Music label.

"I'm looking for a female artiste to work with now. I've had other female artistes who I have tried to work with before, but it just never work out," she told THE WEEKEND STAR.

"So hopefully I find one, because I think that I would be able to give a lot of advice. I would be able to give to that person a lot. There are a lot of things that I didn't get to do for myself that I could pour into them," she said.

Ce'Cile, who is known for songs such as Changez and Give It To Me, recently held auditions at the Big Yard studio, but the search is still in progress.

"I hope to hold more auditions, but sometimes I just scour the Internet and go on like Instagram and say, 'Yes, I like this person'. But sometimes they already have managers and such," said dancehall's Bad Gyal.

Ce'Cile is currently working with two new artistes, Lia Caribe, who is female, and Keely, who is male. She said the female artiste who she now seek must have the full package, which includes a good work ethic.

"You could be talented, but if you don't have the work ethic, it naah go work. I mean, I've heard from Romeich that Shenseea has a wonderful work ethic. So that's one of the reasons why she is ,successful.

"I want somebody who is willing to get up and grind, not because you cute. [You should] know seh you shouldn't want to just use that alone. [They must] want to hustle and grind, along with talent and image," she added.
