Inner Circle to make reggae irie again

January 27, 2025

Reggae legend Inner Circle is on a mission to reignite the authentic spirit of reggae music. With its rallying cry, 'Let's Make Reggae Irie Again', the iconic band is spearheading a month-long celebration in South Florida this February to honour reggae's cultural and spiritual roots while promoting the genre's enduring legacy.

As part of this vibrant celebration, reggae royalty and pioneers are joining forces to pay tribute to the genre's rich history. The festivities will include heartfelt acknowledgements of two of Bob Marley's sons, Rohan and Ky-Mani Marley. Inner Circle will also pay homage to the timeless group, The Maytals.

Adding to the excitement, reggae ambassadors Third World and rising star Kumar Fyah will deliver electrifying performances at one of the featured events.

Ian Lewis, founder of Inner Circle, expressed his passion for keeping reggae's message alive, saying, "We feel reggae is looking for the essence of its spiritual and cultural ethnicity. We want to keep the universal message of love and reach people from the heart. I want to bring back the essence. Let's Make Reggae Irie Again."
