Body of 57-y-o found in bushes in St Thomas

The St Thomas police are investigating the death of a senior citizen whose decomposing body was found in bushes in the parish on Thursday

Dead is Anthony Sherwood, 65, of Bottom Yard in the parish.

Reports detail that about 5: 40 p.m., the police was summoned to a section of Bath called Devil's River where Sherwood's body was discovered.

The scene was processed and the body was removed for post-mortem.

The Morant Bay Criminal Investigation Branch is probing the matter.
