Carnival fever is building, and GenXS Carnival Jamaica is promising a road experience bursting with energy when revellers hit the streets on April 12.

At the band's recent season launch, organisers turned up the excitement with the announcement that international soca powerhouse Machel Montano will be part of the highly anticipated GenXS Infiniti experience. Adding even more heat to the lineup is Grenadian Soca Monarch Muddy, who will be making his debut performance in Jamaica.

Known for his electrifying Jab-style soca, Muddy is expected to inject a fiery Grenadian flavour that has been sweeping through the Caribbean party circuit.

The band also announced that Smirnoff has returned as title sponsor. With the music, costumes, and road vibes already building momentum, GenXS is gearing up to deliver a high-octane spectacle that promises to keep the Carnival spirit alive from start to finish
