Brown’z Records hopes to ‘Heal This World’
Brown'z Records has officially released the 'Heal This World' rhythm, a spiritually charged reggae project created to restore hope, unity, and consciousness across the globe.
Produced by Kenroy Brown, the rhythm arrives at a moment when humanity is searching for grounding, clarity, and healing, and as we step into the beginning of spring, a season of renewal and fresh energy, this riddim carries that same intention. Brown explained the inspiration behind the project.
"With the wars and the constant negativity flooding the world, there's a fearful energy in the air. You can see that people have strayed from the foundation of who we are meant to be. When my friend shaped the rhythm to match the sound I was searching for, I knew right away which artistes belonged on it," he said. Brown said that the response has been incredible because the energy is positive.
The project began last July, evolving slowly and intentionally until the spiritual vibration felt complete. The result is a 12-track compilation featuring some of reggae's most respected voices, and some newcomers, each bringing their own message of healing, reflection, and higher consciousness.
Featured artistes include Richie Spice, Turbulence, Lutan Fyah, Exco Levi, GinJah, Bescenta and Chezidek. The only female is Lolaa Smiles, but her presence adds just the right hint of feminine essence, creating a balanced and complete vibration.
Born in Clarendon, Brown has been immersed in music since his teenage years.
"I used to be a singer, but it didn't work out the way I hoped. I pivoted into production because I always wanted to stay in music," he said. That transition led to his first album release and now this spiritual project. Heal This World is more than a rhythm; it is a message, a vibration, a reminder that humanity can still return to compassion, unity, and truth.
"It is a spiritual riddim, a spiritual vibration," Brown said. "My hope is that people receive it deeply. This project was created to help heal the world."
