Fantasy Beach is a favoured chill spot

Fantasy Beach in Priory, St Ann has been a favourite party spot for years.

At the same time, it is a favourite spot for beach lovers to enjoy themselves, with people coming from far and wide to splash in the sometimes warm waters.

For Avril and her crew from Cave Valley on St Ann's southern border with Clarendon, it was one of several trips to St Ann beaches over the years but the first time at Fantasy.

"It's my first time here, and it's good. I love it, the water is actually warm and nice, and it's free," she said. "Everything seems cool, and I'm sure we'll be back."

Located just a few hundred metres west of the capital town of St Ann's Bay, Fantasy Beach has been the home of several crowd-pulling parties and remains a favourite night spot for many.
