Policeman shot dead in St Thomas

The police have confirmed that a policeman was shot and killed during an alleged robbery in Seaforth, St Thomas earlier today. 

The deceased has been identified as Mark Anthony Forsythe. 

It is reported that Forsythe was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

The St Thomas Criminal Investigation Branch is probing the incident.
