Fallen rocks being removed from St Thomas road

A section of the Easington main road in St Thomas which was previously blocked by fallen rocks is currently being cleared by the authorities.

It is reported that the rocks began falling sometime after 3:00 p.m., blocking the thoroughfare which leads from Yallahs, in the south west end of the parish, to communities such as Llandewey, Ramble and Bethel Gap.

There are no current reports of injuries.
