Portland businessman shot four times Monday night

A businessman is in critical condition after he was shot multiple times, reportedly by unknown assailant, in Eastern Portland on Monday night.

The incident happened in the farming community of Settlement in Fellowship in the Rio Grande Valley shortly after 8:30 p.m.

Residents reportedly heard loud explosions coming from a house.

The businessman was found lying on his side and was bleeding profusely.

The police were called and he was rushed to hospital, where he was admitted in a critical state.

The police say he was shot four times.
