Firearm seized in Olympic Gardens, suspect on the run

The St Andrew South police are looking for a man suspected to be  connected to a gun seized in Olympic Gardens yesterday.

Report say that about 2:00 a.m., a police team on foot patrol in the Seaward Drive, Kingston 20 area, observed a man acting in a manner that aroused their suspicion.

When approached by lawmen, the man ran.

A search was conducted of the area, and the weapon was found.

No arrests were made in connection to the find.
