Dear Pastor,

I am 31 years old. I am friendly with a young lady. She is just 19. I met her while I was hustling on the road to put passengers in vehicles. She said she was going to May Pen. I asked her where she was from and she told me.

The following week I saw her again with a bag and I told her not to bother to go to May Pen, she should come and stay with me. I said it as a joke but she agreed to come.

I stopped working and took her to my sister. My sister has four children. I told my sister that she was my girlfriend. My sister said that she could stay until I return. I went back late into the night and my sister had given her a place to stay.

I didn't have anywhere to let this girl stay so she was all over with me during the day. In the night I took her back to my sister and my sister told me I had to find a place to put her.

I made enough money and we spent the third night at a guest house and in the morning I told her that she can go home and I will call her.

I found out that the reason why she was going to May Pen was to visit her boyfriend. All the time she was with me she did not use her cell phone.

PREGNANT

Now she is pregnant and she told me that the child is mine. How can this child be mine when she was also having sex with her boyfriend?

The first time when I saw her she went and spent time with him and they had sex, and I had sex with her twice and both times I pulled out.

She is a beautiful girl. I don't know what to do. She says that she is sure that the child is mine. If the child is mine I will support it but I don't want a jacket. I have a babymother and I am living with her. That is why I couldn't take her to where I live. I am confused, Pastor.

Some girls are so easy to get and you know that to be true. Why didn't you tell the girl that you are living with a woman? Why did you have to fool her and to give her the impression that you didn't have anybody in your life?

You could hardly help yourself financially. You are just a hustler on the street. Girls need to recognise that. This girl was a bad and careless girl. I have not mentioned what parish she is from because I don't want anybody to believe that all girls who come from that parish are bad but this one is definitely behaving as a loose girl, too easy to get.

She didn't know you but she was willing to disappoint her boyfriend in May Pen to stay with you in Kingston. And you behaved like a real idiot. You didn't have a clue about this girl. You didn't even know what disease she might have been carrying and yet you had sex with her without protection. How can you be so dumb? And now you are concerned because the girl says that you impregnated her.

I am sure that you had to give this girl some money so you paid to spend a night with her at a guest house and you fed her while she was bouncing around in the city with you, and I suppose you had to give her some money to go home. Your pocket is not long. If you had long pockets you wouldn't be hustling passengers on the road.

SENSELESS

You behaved as a senseless man. I hope this young woman would carry her pregnancy and after she has given birth that you encourage her to do a DNA test to ascertain whether you are indeed the biological father.

The withdrawal method is very unsafe because sperm seeps out from the penis into the vagina and that can happen long before the man actually ejaculates. Therefore, if you are under the notion that the child cannot be yours because you pulled out, as you put it, you are surely wrong.
