I want to be bad for Christmas

Dear Pastor,
I am 15 years old and I have something I want to talk to you about. I have a boyfriend. We have never had sex.

He told me that when I am 16 he would like to have sex with me. I told him that would be all right with me. He sent me a text but I did not see it.

My mother asked me to lend her my phone, so I did. She went through my messages and saw what the guy wrote.

He also sent me a rude picture of himself and my mother saw it and wanted to beat me. But my stepfather asked her why she would beat me for something that is natural between young people and it is not that I had sex with the guy.

My mother said that since I think that I am a big woman, she is going to ground me for Christmas and that I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere.

Pastor, I am going to turn bad just for Christmas because I want to see my boyfriend during that time. I will be 16 on February 1, 2019.

What do you suggest I do?

I beg you to continue to be a good girl. Don’t turn bad for Christmas. If you do, you may live to regret what you have done.

Approach your mother and tell her that you are sorry for what you and your boyfriend had planned to do. But you will promise that you will not become sexually involved with him.

Tell her that wherever you want to go, you will not go alone and she can put you on curfew if she likes.
