Hero's Hustler tops charts

Inspire Musiq recording artiste Hero is one of the most consistent hit makers on the local music scene.

The diminutive singjay, born Paul Gayle, scored his first major hit in the mid-1990s with a single, God Alone, featuring Merciless and Action Fire.

He has delivered a plethora of hits including Inna Di Ghetto and No More War. In 2009, Little Hero topped the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart with his debut album, Revelation.

The talented St Ann native has returned to the top of the charts once again, hitting pole position on the Jamaica Music Countdown Top 25 Reggae Singles Chart with Hustler.

"I always do songs that the people can relate to, and the message in Hustler is something that every Jamaican can relate to, that's why it's doing so well. I am grateful for all the supports it is getting."

The song is also enjoying success overseas holding the number-five position on the SFDC Weekly UK & Africa Radio Chart.

"I'm working on some new tracks right now. A lot of them will be released as singles before the end of the year. I am also working an album that will be released next year," said the artiste.
