After days in custody, Jaii Frais and Jhavy Ambassador are out on $1.5 million bail, but the court made it clear, no podcasts, no talk, and no slipping up as the Big Wall probe continues.

The two men were granted bail by Justice Natalie Hart Hines in the Gun Court, with strict conditions including surrendering their travel documents, reporting to the police three times weekly, and observing a 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew.

Frais, whose real name is Jhaedee Richards, is facing charges of wounding with intent, shooting with intent, and possession of a prohibited weapon.

Jhavy Ambassador, whose given name is Jahvel Morrison, has been slapped with charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, wounding with intent, and using a prohibited weapon to commit a felony.

The charges stem from the shooting incident at the Big Wall party held on April 12 at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre in St Andrew.

Police say about 9:30 p.m., a dispute between patrons spiralled out of control, erupting into a gunfight between two men.

When the gunfire subsided, three people were found nursing gunshot wounds.

They were rushed to hospital, where one was treated and released into police custody, while another remained hospitalised.

Frais is said to have been among those injured.

Investigators also recovered two firearms in connection with the incident.

Both men were taken into custody as the probe intensified, eventually leading to formal charges last Friday.

Frais is being represented by attorneys Isat Buchanan and D'ondre Buchanan, while Morrison's legal team includes King's Counsel Peter Champagnie, along with attorneys Sayeed Bernard and Richard Lynch.
