Hurry Up gospel singer Sister Scully is dead

Jamaican gospel singer Sister Scully, best known for the very popular Southern gospel cover Hurry Up has died.
Reports reaching The STAR are that the singer passed away peacefully at her home in Spanish Town on Thursday night.
According to best friend and fellow gospel singer Joan Flemmings, Sister Scully was found unresponsive by her husband.
Sister Scully who is one of the foundation of traditional gospel music in Jamaica has been dubbed a powerhouse by those who have seen her in action.
She was a regular headliner of local and international Jamaican gospel shows.
Sister Scully has other songs such as No Other Blood, He Rolled The Sea Away and Hard Road To Travel.
She was 57 years old.
