Buju Banton concert tickets go on sale tomorrow

Tickets for Buju Banton’s first show as a free man will go on sale at 11 a.m. tomorrow.

The reggae icon is slated to kick off his highly-anticipated Long Walk To Freedom tour with a show at the National Stadium on Saturday, March 16.

In a news release late last month announcing the concert date, Buju's promotional team said tickets would have been made available today. However, checks to the official website point to tomorrow's date.

Tickets will be available at www.bujubanton.com.
Banton, whose given name is Mark Myrie, returned to the island last December after serving eight years behind bars in the United States on drug-related charges.
The March 16 concert will mark the beginning of a series of shows set to take place over the next few months as part of the Long Walk to Freedom tour.

Shows have also been booked for Trinidad and Tobago and Bahamas.
