Romeich 39th birthday party promises to be a ‘banger’

Popular music manager and entrepreneur Romeich Major promises to host the "biggest" birthday celebration with Jamaica's "hottest" artistes for his 39th year.

The event will be held at his entertainment headquarters on Campbell's Boulevard, this Saturday.

Brand Manager of Romeich Entertainment, Jadeen 'Jade' McGhie, told THE STAR that the artiste line-up for Saturday's event is Rose Don, Valiant and Ding Dong.

"You know Ding Dong is Mr Corporate himself, Mr Vibe Carrier. Valiant is arguably the hottest artiste in the game right now and Rose Don is up-and-coming [artiste] and has lots of hits... him a go crazy over TikTok and people love him," Jade said.

"It's more of a team [effort] ... as those artistes are people who are affiliated with our team, so it's just a big celebration. Knowing us, there are gonna be a lot of surprises as well... just like every other year and every other event we host, you just never know who you're going to see," she added.

Patrons are encouraged to come out and join in with the fun as for the first time, the decor of the event will be elevated with "bird's eye view sky decks", providing a lavish vibe and party experience for the partygoers.

Major, who is known for his humanitarian acts, is allowing patrons to enter his birthday event for free .

"It's like his way of saying big up and thanks to everybody who support me and wants to support me. Just come, party, vibe, we work so hard throughout majority of the year that this is his time to say, Hey! All my friends and family, supporters...everybody who loves me, just come and come party with me, show me some support as well and just have yourself a wonderful time!" she stated.

When asked about using his Campbell's Boulevard space for the celebration, Jade said Major has a personal connection with the space.

"Romeich grew up there. The section of the building where the office is, that's his house that he grew up in. This is where everything started for him, so he's really having the party at home. It's our headquarters, where have our entertainment, a our ground. It's where he feels most comfortable," said Jade

She also assured the public that this is their chance to meet some of Jamaica's "top celebrities".

"We have some of the top gunners in the game that's gonna be playing music... plus you never know who else you're gonna see outside the flyer! Not just performing but around the turntable, lots of stars and celebrities and big names are gonna be there because everybody loves Romeich," Jade said.

There will also be a private, 'invitation only' party on Friday before the birthday bash.
