Dancehall sensation 450 is poised to electrify audiences at his inaugural show set for the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre in St Andrew on May 11.

This eagerly awaited event marks a monumental milestone for the artiste, whose given name is Tristan Escoffrey.

"It's an indescribable feeling to be back in Kingston, where it all began," said 450.

"This concert is a testament to the unwavering support of my hometown and the people who have been with me every step of the way," he added.

450's journey from local prodigy to global sensation has been nothing short of extraordinary. Since the age of 15, even while navigating high school, he harboured aspirations of becoming a prominent deejay, drawing inspiration from a close friend deeply immersed in the music scene. Despite hurdles limiting access to a recording studio, 450's unwavering commitment led him to experiment with music, pen lyrics, and hone his craft.

"It's an indescribable feeling to be back in Kingston, where it all began," said 450 of the concert, which is sponsored by Rum-Bar.

The Wild n Rich artiste was recently signed by the rum brand as an ambassador. Its marketing manager, Tamika West, said 450 embodies the "vibrant, youthful energy and passion that Rum-Bar stands for, and we are proud to contribute to his success".

"We are thrilled to champion 450 on his journey as he continues to make waves in the music industry," West added.
