Popular Photographer Missing

Popular photographer and operator of Nickfotoworks.com, Niketa Thomas, has reportedly been missing since Monday, THE STAR has learnt.

Information reaching our news desk is that relatives last saw Thomas on Sunday, but his neighbours say they saw him on Monday about 5 p.m.

A family member told THE STAR that a missing person report was filed with the Half-Way Tree police yesterday.

"His cell phone is off and he was last seen on Whatsapp Monday afternoon. Prior to this, he made no mention of his life being threatened, only thing he was focussed on is his upcoming party. We were communicating all day Sunday via Whatsapp," he said.

The family member also told THE STAR that their entire family is worried.

"We went to his house and the grille lock and the radio was on. The folks in the yard say that was how he left the premises on Monday," the relative said.

Yesterday, social media was abuzz with news that the photographer had been reported missing. Numerous entertainment industry players made posts hoping for his safe return.
