‘Rocky’ accused of wounding

Fifty-five-year-old Ansel Reid, otherwise called 'Rocky', of Hampton district, St James, was charged with wounding with intent in relation to an incident that occurred in the district, on August 12.

Reports are that about 12:13 p.m., Reid had an argument with another man when he used a knife to stab the man several times. The police were alerted and the man was taken to hospital where he was admitted for treatment. An investigation was launched and Reid was arrested. Last Saturday, he was charged after he underwent an interview in the presence of his attorney. His court date has not been finalised.
