Imitation guns seized in Clarendon, two arrested
The police in Clarendon have arrested and charged two persons following the seizure of two imitation firearms at a home in Reckford District, Kellits on Tuesday.
They have been identified as 23-year-old Kinardo Crossfield, a farmer from the area, and a 17-year-old unnamed girl.
According to the May Pen Police, a team of cops armed with a search warrant conducted an intelligence led operation at the home of Crossfield.
A search of the bedroom was conducted where two imitation Glock 18 firearms were found in a dresser drawer.
Both suspects were subsequently arrested,and charged after a question and answer session.
Their court date is being finalised.
