We Found Love - Sighta and Miss Rena say ‘I do’ at beachside wedding
In a heart-warming celebration of enduring love, Ephraim 'Sighta' Manderson and Rena Failey, both in their golden years at 85 and 72, respectively, tied the knot yesterday in Prospect, St Thomas.
The beachside ceremony featured the radiant bride, Lena, gracefully making her way down the aisle to the melodious tune of Ed Sheeran's We Found Love. Assisted by maid of honour, Charlene Gayle, Lena showcased her elegance in an off-the-shoulder silver and white dress, her veil partially concealing a meticulously styled lace wig.
The joy was palpable as she approached her groom waiting at the altar, where they exchanged vows under the guidance of officiating pastor Horace Bennett. An overjoyed Sighta released tears of joy after exchanging vows with his wife, leading to a chorus of 'awes' from the delighted onlookers.
Stay tuned for tomorrow's edition of THE STAR for the highlights of this beautiful celebration.
