Bag with ammunition found on a rooftop in St Andrew

The police have found a bag containing 20 rounds of ammunition on the rooftop of a house in St Andrew.

The Hunts Bay police say the discovery was made about 2:08 a.m. on Tuesday.

During an operation in the area the bag was seen on the roof of the house.

It was retrieved and closer examination of the bag revealed twenty 7.62 rounds of ammunition inside.

No one was arrested in the seizure.
