Waterhouse, Portmore look to return to winning form

When champions Portmore United and Waterhouse meet in the feature Red Stripe Premier League (RSPL) game this evening at the Drewsland Mini-Stadium starting at 7, both teams will be desperate to get back to winning ways.

Portmore are coming off a loss against Tivoli and have not won in two straight outings, while Waterhouse haven't tasted victory in four matches. They have drawn three matches and lost the other.

Waterhouse will be at home and will be keen to impress their fans and claim their first win in four games. Overall, the Drewsland-based club has been having an indifferent season. Their record shows two wins, three draws and two defeats. They now sit ninth in the standings with nine points, and, based on their inconsistency, it will be difficult to predict which Waterhouse will turn up tonight.

Rediscover his scoring boots

The Marcel Gayle-coached team has scored more than once in only two of their five matches this season and he will need top scorer Girvan Brown to rediscover his scoring boots.
