Vere Technical's Ashara Frater delivered the goods in the Class Two girls' 1500 metres after proving too much for her rivals at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships at the National Stadium today.

Frater stopped the clock at 4:42.76 minutes with Holmwood Technical's Jovi Rose securing the silver medal in 4:43.59, while Bellefield High's Rhodonna Prince completed the medal places by taking bronze in 4:49.19.
