I am in prison but willing to help sick woman

Dear Pastor,

I have been reading your column for about a year now. Everytime I tell myself that I am going to write to you, I change my mind at the very last minute. This time it is different because I ran across an article in the paper that touched my heart. The article was about a

21-year-old female living in Montego Bay who was pleading for help and was in need of financial assistance to treat her kidney failure. It went as far as elaborating on how her condition deteriorated rapidly, causing her abdomen, feet and face to be swollen, making it difficult for her to walk.

She needs a total of J$60,000 to assist her. Since the currency is different, how much US dollars would she need? Furthermore, I would like to let you know that I am currently incarcerated, but that would not stop me from sending her the money. We are allowed to withdraw from our inmate account and send to whoever we choose to send it to. Since I am doing this, I would like to know for a fact that my money is actually going for that purpose, and for that purpose only.

I would also like for you to publish my information so that she can write to me on her own so that I can make the arrangement to send her the funds. If you aren't allowed to do so, please get in contact with this young lady for me and forward all my information to her. I was also born in Jamaica and I have relatives there.
