She is a wicked liar

October 18, 2018

Dear Pastor
I'm writing in regard to the letter titled "I have no luck with men" that a 15-year-old girl wrote. She is wicked pastor.

I'm the guy she talks about and much of what she said isn't true. My mom and my wife always tell me to be careful of females because they are very vindictive and I finally understand.

I met her at a wedding at my workplace. I heard her crying and I started talking to her when she said she felt like killing herself. I had her number and told her to text me when she felt like talking.

Pastor, I had no reason to tell this girl I had a family. I was just trying to be helpful. Now I regret knowing this girl. She even lied to me about her age.

She called me one night while I was going home from work and I had an accident. I told her I would call her back in the morning. I called my wife right away to let her know what had happened.

My phone woke me in the wee hours of the morning. This girl was calling my phone non-stop.

In the morning when my wife was bathing the baby and I was outside, this girl started calling again. My wife answered and she disrespected my wife and hung up.

I don't know how she did it but she had my photos each time I changed my WhatsApp and she screenshot some really rude conversations saying that I texted her and sent them to my wife which caused a big rift.

Pastor, I have never talked dirty to this girl before and I have never cheated on my wife in all six years we have been together.

After my wife and I sorted out this issue, we recently had a bigger rift.

This girl and her friends attacked my wife while she had the baby in her arms. She came home furious and started packing her things.

She said I must go to my underage girl because no woman is going to kill her for me. I was so angry.

I confronted this girl and she told me she hated my wife and wants to hurt her, so I blocked her.

Few days after my boss called me to his office and told me that police came there to arrest me for being involved with a 15-year-old girl. I was so embarrassed. I told my boss everything.

He decided to give me a chance. I then found out this girl wanted to frame my wife hoping I would leave her.

I confronted her again and she told me that she would mess me up if she can't have me to herself.

My wife gave me back my ring. I feel like my world is falling apart. I'm feeling such rage towards this girl and if I see her I don’t know what I would do.

As it is now, she doesn't believe a word I say. I’ve never seen her look so hurt and cry so much.

I recently found out that doctors were trying to get her on antidepressants and she refused. I feel guilty. I know what's happening is stressing her.

I went on my knees and apologised and begged her not to leave. How can I keep my family intact? I'm lost.
Desperate Husband

Dear Desperate Husband,
I remember vividly the letter that the teen wrote to me. She told me that both of you were having a relationship, but it was not sexual.

She mentioned many things, some of which I responded to. Now, you are claiming that this girl is planning to totally destroy your marriage and your wife believes that you have been cheating.

And, you are fighting to keep your relationship.

I do not know who is speaking the truth, but I hope that you would be able to convince your wife that you do not want your marriage to be destroyed and that you would do anything possible to save it.

I suggest that you make an appointment to see a family counsellor. If the things you are saying about this girl are true, then she probably needs psychiatric care.

Let me just quickly add that I will make myself available to see you and your wife at a convenient day for both of you. Please, let me hear from you again.
