Scammers target Seanizzle
International producer/recording artiste Seanizzle has become the target of scammers.
The ?One Day? rhythm producer, who recently released his first album, Music My Way, which features artiste such as Bugle, I-Octane, Dexta Daps and Vershon, has been a victim of scammers who have created a fake Facebook page on which they are trying to sell dubplates to unsuspecting persons.
However, Seanizzle has distanced himself from the page and he is asking persons to be cautious.
?Seanizzle Records does not do dub programmes. We are asking DJ/selectors to do their homework before sending their money to these people,? he said.
?The only persons to contact with regards business or bookings is Queenie Doyley at 875-0013, or www.seanizzlerecords.com. We do not operate business through social media. Don?t send any money to anyone via Facebook or Instagram, who claim that I am running dub programmes. You have been warned.?
However, Seanizzle is not the only person in dancehall that has been struggling with this issue. In recent times, Gully Bop, Beenie Man, Dexta Daps, Tifa and Tommy Lee Sparta have all been victims.
