Galiday Bounce for December 28

Galdiez Promotions is gearing up to host another staging of the annual dancehall show, Galiday Bounce. The show is set for Monday, December 28 at the Ewarton Sports Club in St Catherine.

The show will feature appearances from Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Kalado, Busy Signal, Coco Tea, Popcaan, Sizzla Kalonji among others.

The show initially started with a sound-system backing concept. However, for this year's staging, tough-talking promoter Galdiez, said the event is taking the right shape and will now feature live band backing courtesy of the iconic Ruff Cut.

Additional music will be provided by sound systems and DJs such as Stone Love, ZJ Liquid, Foota Hype, Young Hawk, Xclusive, Madd Squad and Bad X. Booked as hosts and MCs for this year's show are Camalla LaTouche, Amber from Irie FM, and Beetle Bailey

Sponsors for Galiday Bounce 2015 include Mek A Step, Grant's Jerk Centre, Magnum Tonic Wine, Alston Wholesale and New Heights Barbers. The promoter also hinted that he is seeking additional sponsorship and promised a clean incident-free event.

"I am out to protect our brand, sponsors, patrons and media personnel. We are looking to have a safe, clean show with the help of the Ewarton police and private security. Be assured that this will be one of the safest places to come and enjoy a spectacular show with a more mature settings," Galdiez told THE weekend STAR.

Part proceeds of Galiday Bounce 2015 will be donated to Gospel Hall Basic School in Linstead, St Catherine.
