Booming with exuberance and a great feeling of accomplishment, Lady Rennae, the conceptualiser/director behind the ' Jamaica Laugh', formerly called ' Jamaica Mek Wi Laugh', animated series, revealed plans for the grand spectacle of season two of the show.

"I'm beyond excited about it, because season two is greater than season one. We've seen [the character] 'Penaydo' [with] the woman and the vending machine and so on, but now we are dropping some artistes, some public figures and some politicians; a lot of fun is being had with them," Lady Rennae shared with THE STAR. She highlighted that the name was changed because she found out that there was a charitable organisation with a similar title.

"[I'm] thankful, excited, appreciative, on the verge of tears; and the reason why it brings me to tears is because people don't have to show love. I've been off mainstream media for a year and a half now, just investing, creating [and] building my own and doing some creative consultation with some established businesses locally and overseas. And while great opportunities were coming my way, I paused for a second [and refocused] because we are the creators of our own experience, and I tend to have vast, expansive fun with my experience," she added.

Lady Rennae, whose given name is Rennae Garel, promised that the content and elevated talents expected from Jamaica Laugh season two will surpass the hilarious, satirical moments of the previous season.
