Man dies in Hellshire accident

A 23-year-old man died as a result of injuries he sustained during a motor vehicle collision on the Hellshire main road on Sunday.

Kesiner Jackson of Greater Portmore, St Catherine, died while undergoing treatment at the Spanish Town Hospital.

According to official reports, at 8:20 p.m., Jackson was driving a Daihatsu Terios motor vehicle along the Hellshire main road when the vehicle collided with another motor car that was travelling in the opposite direction.

Both drivers were taken to the Spanish Town Hospital. The other driver is reportedly in stable condition.

The Portmore police said investigations are currently ongoing.
