Omar 'Best' Collymore held in guest house

The St Elizabeth police yesterday captured Omar 'Best' Collymore, the man wanted by investigators in connection with the murder of his wife and a taxi driver.
Information reaching THE WEEKEND STAR is that Collymore was at a guest house and was captured during an operation in the Junction police area in the parish between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.

An arrest warrant was issued for Collymore on Tuesday.

He is wanted in connection with the murder of his wife, Simone Campbell-Collymore and Winston Walters, a taxi operator of Stilwell Road, St. Andrew.

Both were murdered on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 about 3:57 p.m., on Stanley Terrace, Red Hills, St Andrew.

Collymore, along with others, have been identified as being involved as co-conspirators in the double murder.

Two persons are already in custody and the other suspects are being sought for questioning.
