Man shot dead on Orange Street

A man was shot and killed along Orange Street on downtown, Kingston on Thursday morning. 

He has been identified this fat only by his alias "Joe". He is believed to be a chef in the area.

The incident reportedly occurred sometime after 7: 00 a.m. Motorists have since been diverted to other roadways. 

Investigations are ongoing.
