15-y-o arrested and charged following housebreaking

A 15-year-old boy is currently in police custody after he allegedly entered a woman's home and stole several items on January 9. 

It is reported that the complainant securely locked her apartment and went to work. On her return, she discovered that the blades were removed from the bedroom window.

Further checks revealed that items valued at about $29,000 were stolen from the home. 

Investigations led to the boy and his house was searched where the stolen items were found in his possession.

The items were identified by the complainant, hence boy was charged. His court date is being finalised.
