Police constable murdered in Manchester

A gunman last night shot and killed a police constable who was at a bar in Breezy Hill, Manchester.

Killed was Mario Thomas.

The attack happened around 10 p.m.

It is reported that Thomas, who was reportedly on interdiction, was with a group of men when a gunman entered and opened fire at him.

The cop ran and was chased by the gunmen who continued to fire.

He was killed and his attacker escaped.

The incident is being investigated by the police.
