PNP's Dayton Campbell wins defamation lawsuit against three women

The Supreme Court has sided with People's National Party  General Secretary Dr Dayton Campbell in his defamation suit against three women.

The court ruled against political activist Karen Cross and bloggers Natalee Stack and Michelle Stern.

The Supreme Court has struck out the women's defences and sent the case to be assessed for damages to be paid to Campbell.

Cross has been ordered to remove offending social media posts.

The court has also barred the women from any public comment or publication of the allegations that prompted the lawsuit.
