Police probe suspected drowning along Norman Manley Boulevard

The Kingston Eastern police are investigating a suspected case of drowning at Breezy Castle along Norman Manley Boulevard yesterday.

The body has been identified as that of 31-year-old Michael Alvaranga, otherwise called 'John Crow'. He reportedly had epilepsy. 

Reports are that persons spotted Alvaranga's body along the shoreline and called the police. 

The body was removed for post-mortem examination. 

The Elleston Road Criminal Investigations Branch is also looking into the matter.
